In 2003 new partners Tourism New Zealand and the Automobile Association knew it was time for Qualmark to take its rightful place as the agency of tourism quality in New Zealand. The brand needed to engage business owners to see value and buy in, and visitors to associate it with trust and quality. Backed by thorough research, industry pedigree and a healthy dose of gut instinct, Voice developed a future proofed strategy for the brand, a simple graphic representation that fulfilled every key point in the brief, that has, over time, become one of the most recognisable symbols in New Zealand today.
